These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IronGrid website and any manufacturing services you engage us to provide. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you fully agree to these terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both parties.
About Us
IronGrid is a precision manufacturing company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 09876543), with our principal facility located at 12 Industrial Way, Birmingham B4 7XX, UK. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients.
Quote & Order Process
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding order. All quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date they are issued, ensuring you have ample time to thoroughly review and make informed decisions.
Order confirmation
An order is only confirmed once we have issued a written Order Confirmation and received your written acceptance of it, which is absolutely essential for processing your order smoothly.
Changes to orders
Any changes must be requested in writing. We reserve the right to revise pricing or lead times if changes significantly affect the production scope, ensuring transparency and clarity in all our agreements.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Tooling, packaging, and freight are quoted separately unless explicitly included.
Payment terms
50% deposit on order confirmation. 50% prior to shipment. Net 30 available for established clients on credit approval.
Late payment
Interest charged at 2% per month above the current Bank of England base interest rate, which can fluctuate.
Tooling
Storage
Free storage for 24 months from last use. After this we may dispose of or repurpose tooling.
Ownership
Tooling remains IronGrid property until full payment is received.
Transfer
A transfer fee may apply if tooling is moved to another supplier. All balances must be settled first.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question, and we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses that may arise from this transaction.
Governing Law
This document covers the laws governing England and Wales comprehensively. In the event of any disputes, they will be resolved by the English courts, ensuring a fair and just process for all parties involved.
